With a 600n push and pull force DC motor, the Chamberlain Liftmaster is suitable for single and most double up & over or sectional doors weighing up to 90kgs and 10.7 square metres.

The LM60's 30mm high C-Rail profile enables installation of the Liftmaster in low headroom garages. Also available in 1 piece and 4 piece lengths to suit garage doors up to 3m high.

For increased security the 433.92 MHz rolling code remote control, automatically rolls the code over to one of over 100 billion codes everytime it is activated.
